This coating process, which is Mil-C-5541 Type I and II compliant, functions through the immersion of parts into a rack or barrel acid chamber. Parts are then air-dry cured and tested to ensure acceptable quality. Clear or yellow coatings are possible on parts ¼” to 10′ in size. Post-processing can add PTFE, grit blasted surfaces, or custom masking as needed.
